We want you in a shirt you're glad to own. Because our shirts are made to your measurements, returns work a little differently than they do for off-the-rack clothing — here's exactly how, and how we stand behind what we make.

Made-to-measure shirts

Each Wingfield shirt is cut and sewn to your specifications, so we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind — a shirt made to your measurements can't be made for anyone else.

What we do stand behind is the fit. If your shirt doesn't fit the way it should, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll [remake or alter it — choose your guarantee terms]. Our goal is simple: your first Wingfield shirt should fit, and if it doesn't, we'll get it there.

Damaged or defective items

If your shirt arrives damaged, flawed, or not as described, that's on us. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or issue a full refund — your choice. Return shipping on defective items is always covered by us.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to start a fit request or return

Before sending anything back, email us at info@wingfieldapparel.com with your order number and a note on what's wrong (fit, damage, or defect). We'll walk you through the next steps — please don't ship anything back until we've confirmed the details with you.

Refunds

Once we've received and reviewed your item (where a return applies), we'll email you to confirm. If a refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, as your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.

Return shipping

For damaged or defective items, or anything that's our error, we cover return shipping. For [fit remakes/alterations under our guarantee — confirm who pays], return shipping is [covered by us / the customer's responsibility].

If you're shipping an item worth over $75, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance — we can't guarantee we'll receive items sent back to us.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund yet, first check with your bank or card issuer, as posting can take some time. If you've done that and still don't see it, contact us at info@wingfieldapparel.com and we'll help track it down.
